BQOME ships to addresses in the United States. The shipping options and charges for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including all shipping costs. See the Returns and Refunds Policy.
